Important Dining Information
Street parking outside of Jimmy Wah’s has been permanently removed as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail project. For you convenience, a map has been created with parking options in Burleigh Head pinned on our Facebook and Instagram. We recommend allowing yourself an extra 15 minutes to find nearby parking. Thank you for your understanding.
We have two sittings for both lunch and dinner services. For first sitting, your table will be reserved for 1.45 hours for group of up to 5 guests, 2 hours for 6-8 guests, and 2.30 hours for groups of 9 or more. We suggest booking the second sitting if you want to extend your stay for drinks and chat.
Please note we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re running late, please give us a call to inform us and avoid any “no show” charges.
Group Bookings – Terms and Conditions
Credit card details are required to secure bookings, there will be a $50 charge per person should there be a no-show or cancellation within two hours of booking time.
For groups of 20 guests or more, a deposit of $30 per person is required to be paid 14 days in advance, or at time of booking if within 7 days – non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.
All bookings of 7 – 25 guests will dine with our $78 per person ‘Feed Me’ banquet menu.
Function Venue Hire
As we are a small venue, function hiring is available for groups of 26 guests or more.
If you must change numbers or cancel, please inform us at your earliest convenience.
Bringing a cake for a celebration is an additional $2.50 per person.
Please advise the booking team or include notes if booking online.
Split-Bills and Surcharges
Split bills are strictly a four-way maximum split.
We impose a surcharge of 1% on the transaction amount on all card types, and a 15% surcharge on Public Holidays.
Dietaries are to be advised during booking inquiries, especially coeliac, so that we can set up a separate fryer or cannot be guaranteed.
