Our Story

Jimmy Wah’s was found after a five-week road tripping and eating through Vietnam. This love affair with Vietnamese food resulted in dishes such as the Vietnamese Pancake and Tempura Soft-shell Crab Banh Mi that have delighted the Burleigh locals since 2016. 

Our wine list was meticulously curated to enhance the fresh and balanced flavours of Vietnamese cuisine, ensuring each bite is a symphony of culinary delight.
